Worshipped by smiths, artisans, and miners alike, Karthor has earned his devotion by the works of his hands and the bellow of his fires. Those who seek to join are not given instruction but are expected to learn by watching and doing.
Appearance
A molten MinotaurMinotaur\#Worldbuilding Forged in Blackstone Volcano and infused with magic by Karthor, minotaurs are brutes and beasts, magma in their veins and an eruption of muscles they drive back hordes with large blows. With an innate sense for magic, though not often intelligent enough to use it well, they are blessed with a strong connection to the magical ley lines spreading from the Tree of Life. Many minotaur spend their lives drawn to these crossroads of magic, whether to destroy them or use them they kno who cares not for the destruction he leaves in his wake.
Holy Day
The Burn - A day where a burning competition is held for devout followers of Karthor who spend the whole 24 hours in the sweltering heat of the forge, creating all sorts of metalworks before casting everything that did not win the competition back into the blazing forge. It is fairly common for many competitors to faint during.
It is the only time fire is used to forge in Raggen'ThrumRaggen'Thrum\#location Dwarven Stronghold where a large majority of the race live. They are a mighty folk and even just by living in Vel’Ruach is a boast to that testament. They utilise natural fire and a special technique involving a lack of fire to craft marvels. The Frostforge is what Raggen’Thrum is known for.
